Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask clients to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. When clients do not show up for scheduled appointments, another client loses the opportunity to be seen. Credit cards are required to book and there will be a fee of 50% of the service for all no shows and late cancellations.  Our goal is to provide our clients the best service and experience possible. Deposits

Deposits are required for all Eyelash Extension Sets and Initial Tattoo sessions. We accept e-transfer to info@mblartistry.com

Cosmetic Tattoo 

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $105 ($100+gst) is required to secure all initial Microblading or Powder Brows bookings and any touch ups over 12 months. Bookings can be made online after reviewing the consent form and FAQ on www.microbladingbyly.com/faq.

Eyelash Extensions

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $52.50 ($50+gst) is required to secure all Eyelash Extension Full Sets. Once the booking is made online, please send the deposit via e-transfer to info@mblartistry.com. The deposit will be deducted from your service and the remaining balance will be due at your appointment. If we do not receive the deposit within the same day of booking, your appointment will be cancelled.  If you No Show, Late Cancel or show up more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.  Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse service to those who No Show, Late Cancel or show up Late for their appointments.

Our senior eyelash artist requires 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes with her.  All other appointments require 24 hours notice.

Nails

Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to make any changes to your appointment and don't forget to prebook any removals, nail fixes and nail art!

Group Bookings

Planning a group reservation? Kindly contact our reservation specialist at info@mblartistry.com with all the details of your party and we will try our best to accommodate. For groups of 5 or more, we require a credit card to secure the appointments and reserve the right to charge a $100 fee or the fee of the services booked for no shows and last minute cancellations. 

Note: we require your group to provide us with specific service details at least 2 weeks prior.  No changes can be made within 1 week of the appointment unless we have the availability to accommodate the request.  This is to ensure we do not interrupt other services already booked.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all services are non-refundable. Please note that results vary for each individual and are not guaranteed.  The prices you pay are for the artists time, products and other expenses to perform the service. We strive to provide quality work.  If for any reason your services do not meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours after your appointment and we will gladly adjust for you.  Any corrections must be done within 7 days of your initial appointment, by the same technician.

Discounts

Kindly do not bargain prices and discounts.  Our services are priced affordable to keep your loyalty.  We offer discounts on combos as well as rewards with our loyalty program. See your artist for more details.
