BOOKING POLICIES:  

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

• Kindly provide us with 24-48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.  No shows will result in a 50% fee for that appointment.
• 5+ minutes late = no show when we are booked back to back (call us to let us know). Please plan your commute accordingly.
• All new eyelash extension sets & cosmetic tattoo sessions require a non-refundable deposit upon booking.  Kindly view our policies page. 

• Online booking is NOT available for any services you wish to book for the same day (Call or DM us on Instagram for same day appointments).

• Please remember to prebook any Add Ons, Nail Fixes or Nail Art to ensure we have enough time to accommodate your requests. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
