Policies & Booking Terms
Thank you for choosing MBL Artistry Studio & Spa. To provide the highest level of service and ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments often cannot be filled on short notice, resulting in a loss for both our business and our service providers.
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or appointments that cannot proceed due to late arrival will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, this policy applies regardless of the reason for the late cancellation, including illness, weather, traffic, transportation issues, technology outages, work or family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full treatment experience.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled if our schedule does not allow us to complete the treatment without affecting other appointments.
If we are unable to perform your service due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all initial cosmetic tattoo appointments.
- Initial Cosmetic Tattoo & Touch-Ups (12 months or more): A $105 deposit ($100 + GST) is required.
- Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment, or arrive too late for your appointment to proceed, your deposit will be forfeited.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of three or more guests, please email mblartistryinc@gmail.com.
A valid credit card is required to secure all group bookings. We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all services, packages, gift cards, deposits, training courses, and products are final sale.
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Our pricing reflects the professional expertise of our team, the time reserved for your appointment, and the professional-grade products and equipment used during your treatment.
If you have any concerns regarding your service, please let us know before leaving your appointment whenever possible so we have the opportunity to address them.
Any treatment adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your appointment and will be performed by the original service provider whenever possible.
Pricing & Promotions
Our pricing reflects the quality, education, experience, and technology behind every treatment. Prices are non-negotiable.
We are pleased to offer:

- Referral rewards
- Seasonal promotions
Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and have no cash value.
Training Policies
Enrollment in a training course confirms your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
- All course fees, deposits, tuition, and training materials are final sale and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Students who are unable to attend their scheduled training forfeit their payment unless otherwise approved by MBL Artistry Studio & Spa.
- Course manuals, presentations, videos, and educational materials are the intellectual property of MBL Artistry Studio & Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements before offering treatments professionally.
- MBL Artistry Studio & Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
